Breaking News

The big news is that after 7 years of all the fun of running My Farm Shop, we are shutting up shop after delivery of the 2019 Christmas Hams.

Thank you to all the customers who have supported us to help spread the word about regenerative and sustainable production practices. We are very proud of you all and the fact that you choose to use your purchasing power to support farmers that are doing the right thing.

You'll still see or hear of us around the world of Regenerative Agriculture, as we're putting our energies into some exciting new projects in that space.

My Farm Shop is a collaboration between Danny O'Brien, Sue Ogilvy, and Michael and Elizabeth Croft.

Sue Ogilvy and Danny O'Brien are social entrepreneurs, building and running businesses that as well as being financially viable in the new economy, are focused on improving environmental and social performance. Both with 20 years of experience in the corporate IT world, Sue (with a BSc. in Physics, a Masters of Marketing, and experience in Sales, Marketing, and Sales Management) and Danny (with a BSc. in Computer Science, and deep technical and business management experience) are leveraging those entrepreneurial skills to develop knowledge and solutions that produce food, fibre and fuel using production methods that have high socio-ecological integrity and are generating Intragenerational as well as intergenerational equity.

Michael and Elizabeth Croft own and operate Mountain Creek Farm - a vertically integrated, value adding, field to fork operation, bridging the city-country divide in southern NSW. Passionate about biological farming, diversity and resilient food systems, Michael walks the talk of triple bottom line, promoting eating as an agricultural and ecological act. Michael is a director of several industry organisations, a leader in the Slow Food movement, President and national spokesperson for the Australian Food Sovereignty Alliance, and author. He is currently on Australian Rural Leadership scholarship and pursuing post grad studies in Australian Leadership at James Cook University.
