At My Farm Shop we are always looking for ways to make the delivery process as efficient and cost effective as possible - so that we can minimise the costs to you, and also reduce the precious resources consumed in the processes. One of the ways we simplify things is to supply the produce frozen. This helps us simplify the supply process and keep prices as low as possible. We know that most of you are already used to working with frozen meat - but for those that aren't, we've supplied a few tips and tricks here.

Home delivery orders will delivered prior to 7:30am on a weekly basis based on the schedule below. Rather than having to get you out of bed to receive your produce, we will require you to leave an esky or insulated bag out in an agreed place and we'll put all your goodies in there. The produce will come packed in an insulated bag* which we will place in your esky. The double insulation (your esky + our insulated bag) will provide sufficient protection until you transfer the produce to your freezer before you head off to work.

If the delivery day falls on a public holiday, then we may need to adjust to a different day for that week. We will confirm the delivery date as part of the ordering process.
Home delivery charges are $15 for orders under $50, $10 for orders between $50 and $150, and free delivery for orders over $150.
NOTE: We are only servicing the Canberra region at this time. We would love to expand our business to cover other regions and cities - and that will all happen in the fullness of time. (* our intention is to minimise the amount of packaging we use, which includes the insulated bags. Whilst insulated bags are handy things to keep about the house, we don't want to be contributing to an unnecessary waste of resources, and so we do need them returned. Simply leave them out with your esky on your next delivery).
